Your Tour Checklist


  • If you’re married or living with your partner, both of you must attend the tour together.

  • Remember to bring a valid physical government-issued photo ID and a major credit or debit card.

  • To be eligible, you must have an annual household income of at least $50,000.

  • Please arrive on time to avoid disqualification.

  • If you travel and do not attend the full presentation, or are disqualified at the time of the tour, a flat $500 penalty fee will be charged to your credit card.

  • Any changes made to the reservation within 72 hours of arrival will result in a $99 fee.
