Your Tour Checklist
If you’re married or living with your partner, both of you must attend the tour together.
Remember to bring a valid physical government-issued photo ID and a major credit or debit card.
To be eligible, you must have an annual household income of at least $50,000.
Please arrive on time to avoid disqualification.
If you travel and do not attend the full presentation, or are disqualified at the time of the tour, a flat $500 penalty fee will be charged to your credit card.
Any changes made to the reservation within 72 hours of arrival will result in a $99 fee.

What can I expect from the team?

Will any refreshments be provided?
Yes. Both snacks and beverages will be provided during your tour.
Will I have to stay longer than the allotted tour time?
No. Your allotted tour time will be honored. However, if you’d like to stay a bit longer to learn more about membership, you’re welcome to.
What other fees may be associated with this trip?
Other than taxes for your room nights, there may be additional fees for parking, resort fees and incidentals. Resort fees can be found here.
Are children welcome at the tour?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your entire family.
Is breakfast included with my stay?
Our resorts do not include complimentary breakfast. If you are staying at a hotel, you can reach out to learn about dining options.
To fulfill the terms of this offer, you are required to attend a one- to two-hour vacation ownership presentation.
